 Yes it is possible to use china mobile as Modem to connect to internet In Windows.

Steps - 
For Windows xp

Step 1 :- First download The MT6225+6226+6229 Modem Drivers From_HERE
Step 2 :- Lets connect your china mobile to Pc Its showed Your chipset type As-mt6225 device 
          and apears a driver installation window. Just Select drivers from a folder where You
          Extracted your Modem Driver's now it will take a while when it will finish. your ready to go.

Step 3:- Now go to "Phone and Modem" Option and choose your country E.G. "India" and type your areas pincode
         And Enter a phone number at the last *99# Do not change it.
         Now press Next Go to modem Tab Click on "Add" Then press next again Press Next and select
         "standerd 33600bps Modem" select Your Port Then Click "Next" Then press finish.

Step 4: - Now go to network Connections "Create new connection" press "Next" select "Connect to Internet" Then
          Click on Next button Then Click On "setup My Connection Manually" Then Click "Next" Then Click on 
          Connect Using Dial up Modem Give Isp Name as-IDEA Then Enter a phone Number *99# Click Next Button
          Leave Username and password click on Next Button Then click finish.

Step 5: - Now done Just Right click on IDEA{Your ISP Name} Click On connect Now Your China Mobile Act As Modem.
